What: Summer Barn Sale (Garage Sale) & Plant Exchange
Proceeds benefit Farming Missions, Starter flocks & wool mills in remote locations around the world.

When: Thursday June 3, Friday June 4, Saturday June 5, 2021 7:00 am – 6:00 pm

Where: Tour Barn at Shepherd’s Cross – 16792 East 450 Road, Claremore OK.
Sale is indoors – Air Conditioned

Barn Sale Information:
This is a Huge, Multi-Family Garage Sale. There are items donated by many families include the following: appliances, antiques, furniture, floor tiles, wall décor, housewares; children, infant, teen, men and women clothing; books; DVD’s; farm and garden items; children’s games and toys; home decorator items, bedding, office supplies, collectibles and much more. Proceeds from the sale benefit agricultural based mission outreach to orphanages, and rural impoverished peoples. 100% of funds from the barn sale will go directly towards the projects. They include starting a Wool Mill at a cost of $1,000 each. A Starter Flock of sheep at a cost of $500 each. And an Educational Outreach for each nation which cost approximately $500 per class. Monetary Donations towards these missions greatly appreciated, and any items you would like to donate for the sale are graciously accepted. Please drop off your donations at the barn Tuesday through Saturday 8:30 – 5:30 before May 27th.

Plant Exchange:
Bring a plant to leave and take a plant home. Plant selections will include bulbs, tubers, bushes, trees, grasses, seeds, herbs and much more! This is a great way to expand your garden. Please be prepared to identify the plant you leave with its name, color and planting characteristics. Great fun!

In addition, the following activities are always available at the farm (on a donation basis):
Touring the educational & interactive Farm Museum & Silo
Touring the Bible Garden – guided or self-guided
Spinning and Wool Mill demonstration

Shepherd’s Shop is open, featuring a host of “woolly” and farm related handmade gifts crafted by Shepherd’s Cross and over 50 local crafters. Shepherd’s Cross features farm fresh, Animal Welfare Approved, pasture raised, free range, chemical free American lamb meat, Farm Fresh honey & Farm Raised walnuts and pecans.
Additionally the shop features a mission section; purchases made in this section of the store return 100% of the sale price to mission organizations. These handmade items come from missions directly supported by Heart of the Shepherd around the world (including Afghanistan, India, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, Germany, Malawi, Thailand, Africa, Russia, and Uganda).

Shepherd’s Cross is an accredited Agritourism facility, is a Made in Oklahoma Company, and is Animal Welfare Approved.
